I am a slave to my energy level. And most of the time it’s amazingly low. I am dumbfounded by how tired I can feel. 

Today I took a 2-hr nap. Felt like a zombie afterward. 

Then I ate some food and felt a thousand times better. 

The conclusion to draw from all of this is that I should be eating more constantly. If only I felt like eating very often. My stomach is so touchy about being willing to eat food. Not like I have actual nausea. But the idea of eating at all is almost revolting. 

Go figure.
