i am sure i won’t feel this way forever. but right now i am in love with the sandwich i’ve been making for lunch the last few days.
- whole wheat sandwich thins, toasted, with french’s yellow mustard
- 1 fried egg, somewhere between over medium and over hard, salted and peppered
- kerrygold dubliner cheese
small, yes. but packed with deliciousness. so yummy.
